This program is available to authorized jewelry retailers, partners, and sales professionals who work with Ethos Creations products. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate registration information.

3. Earning Points

Points are earned on qualifying sales of Ethos Creations jewelry products. Point values may vary based on product categories and promotional periods. Points are credited to your account within 30 days of verified sales.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards as outlined in the program catalog. Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Account Management

Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. Ethos Creations reserves the right to verify sales data and may request supporting documentation.

6. Program Changes

Ethos Creations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to terms and conditions will be communicated through program communications.

7. Privacy and Data

Your personal and business information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use program data for analytics and program improvement purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ethos Creations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the rewards program. Our total liability is limited to the value of unredeemed points in your account.
