Ethos Creations Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Ethos Creations Rewards Program! By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Overview

The Ethos Creations Rewards Program is designed to reward sales professionals for their promotional efforts.

Points are accrued based on verified sales of eligible Ethos Creations products and may be redeemed for rewards through the official program catalog, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The program is open to authorized jewelry retailers, partners, and sales professionals actively selling Ethos Creations jewelry.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate registration details.

Ethos Creations reserves the right to revoke program access from any participant found to be misusing the program or submitting fraudulent claims.

3. Earning Points

Points are awarded on qualifying sales of Ethos Creations jewelry products, submitted through the designated rewards portal.

The number of points awarded is based on the MSRP in effect at the time the sale is submitted.

MSRP is subject to change at the sole discretion of Ethos Creations and may fluctuate without prior notice.

Once a sale is submitted, the associated MSRP used for point calculation will not be adjusted to reflect subsequent pricing changes.

The value of points awarded for any single item shall not exceed the Ethos Creations MSRP of that item at the time of submission.

Points will be credited to the participant’s account within 30 days of verification and approval by Ethos Creations.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Accumulated points may be redeemed through the official program redemption form provided by Ethos Creations.

Redemption requests are subject to review and approval. Ethos Creations reserves the right to deny any redemption request deemed incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with program terms.

Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at Ethos Creations’ discretion.

Shipping fees, taxes, or additional handling costs may apply depending on the selected reward and will be communicated at the time of redemption.

Rewards will only be shipped to the verified business address on file. P.O. boxes and personal addresses will not be accepted.

Participants are responsible for submitting redemption requests within the program’s active period. Points that are unused at the time of program suspension, expiration, or termination may be forfeited.

Points do not expire and will remain in the participant’s account indefinitely, unless the program is modified or terminated.

Points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Approved redemptions will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 4–6 weeks, depending on inventory availability and shipping schedules.

5. Account Management

Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their login credentials.

Ethos Creations reserves the right to verify submitted sales and may request supporting documentation, including receipts, invoices, or sales confirmations, at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in the suspension or forfeiture of associated points.

6. Program Changes

Ethos Creations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at its sole discretion.

Changes to the program or these Terms and Conditions will be communicated through official program channels with reasonable notice.

If the program is discontinued, participants will be provided with a final 30-day period to redeem any remaining points, after which all unredeemed points will be forfeited.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

Personal and business data collected through the program will be handled in accordance with the Ethos Creations Privacy Policy.

Ethos Creations may use program-related data for internal analysis, performance tracking, and program improvement purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ethos Creations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Rewards Program.

Ethos Creations’ total liability under this program is limited to the MSRP value of unredeemed points in the participant’s account at the time of the claim.
